Department Under Graduate Committee (DUGC)
The Departmental Undergraduate Committee (DUGC) is responsible for monitoring the academic progress of undergraduate students. It is supported by faculty advisors, who act as the primary point of contact for students regarding all academic matters.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle all undergraduate academic policy–related matters at the departmental level.

Present academic concerns of undergraduate students and faculty to the SUGC and the Senate, as appropriate.

Monitor the academic progress of students, with particular attention to academically weak or at-risk students, and recommend suitable remedial measures.
